Personal Training

PERSONAL TRAINING:   Personal training is offered for ages 13 and above for any level of fitness and for any fitness goal.  Program can include nutritional counseling to enhance the fitness program.  Customized sessions can be requested for individuals or groups – including large event functions – once we can resume “normalcy” again. 


Sessions can be tailored to: 

  • Improve Strength, Speed, Flexibility, and Endurance

  • Gain competitive advantage (techniques, preparation, etc.)

  • Recover from illness or injury

  • Weight management (muscle gain/weight loss)

  • Improve mental well-being; e.g., stress relief, reduced anxiety, increased clarity

  • Goal oriented focusing on your goals and needs
