West Fit -

Boot Camp/HIIT Training

West Fit combines aerobic cardio with strength training conditioning in a circuit style format. We target all muscle groups as well as core conditioning.  All fitness levels are welcome.  

Recommended equipment:

Jump Rope

Yoga Mat

Towel

Water

Current Classes:

Tuesday / Thursday 5:30 - 6:45 pm: 

Sunset Oaks, 100 Marsh Landing Dr., Holly Springs, NC 

 

Saturday's 8:30 - 9:45 am: 

Sunset Ridge North, 215 Kingsport Rd, Holly Springs, NC 

Class location and times are subject to change.  

**Private group training's are also available.**
