West Fit -

Boot Camp/HIIT Training

West Fit combines aerobic cardio with strength training conditioning in a circuit style format. We target all muscle groups as well as core conditioning.  All fitness levels are welcome.  

Recommended equipment:

Jump Rope

Yoga Mat

Towel

Water

Friday's 5:30 - 7:00 pm:
