As a former All-American Collegiate athlete and being a teammate of Olympic athletes, I know first-hand that it takes a special talent to provide the fitness routines relevant to you and your goals. Regardless of your background, current level of fitness and your individual goals, it is very difficult finding a trainer who truly knows all the things he should about training you.  Craig has and applies exercise physiology, kinesiology and experience aspects of the profession, providing the right options that best fit your situation and goals.  His knowledge, experience and capabilities could only be described as highly robust.

 

He knows how and when to push and challenge, when to focus on technique and how to keep it fun.  All while maintaining a focus on fitness with great variety.  We have never done the same exact workout twice, for example.  I highly recommend Craig and West Fitness."

“Craig is absolutely amazing!  Being a D1 swimmer, it can be hard to find a good dry land or swim workout when I am home for the holidays and summer.  But Craig's workouts really pushed me and kept me in great shape.  He is an excellent motivator and the workouts will never be exactly the same and anything but boring.  The workouts were always full body and introduced new dry land exercises that I had never done before.  Some workouts made me struggle and really pushed my limits but Craig was always helping us excel and making them fun.”​

“I have really enjoyed Craig's SwimFit workouts.  He is a wonderful motivator.  I am on the older side of the group and cannot do everything, but that doesn't matter at these workouts.  Craig tells you to do what you can do and helps modify the workouts as needed.  He always provides encouragement and keeps you moving.  If I do not think I can do all the set, then he gives me other exercises to do. I love the idea of combing swimming and dryland.  I love to swim and run and at SwimFit I get both, plus more!”
