West Fitness emerged in 2020 from a life-long commitment by founder, Craig West, to help others become their very best.  With 40+ years as a competitive athlete and 30+ years of coaching all ages and all levels of fitness, Craig has an incredible depth of experience in understanding the unique ways each of our bodies respond to internal and external influences to shape who we are.  He understands it is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach to getting and staying fit. Craig knows what it is like to overcome injury, illness, and adversity and can relate to athletes of all levels when they are in the “valleys” to help them get back on top of the mountain.  


At West Fitness, Craig puts his heart into creating personalized programs that are targeted to meet an individual’s needs – whether that be to run their first 5K, lose 20 pounds, re-bound from shoulder surgery, or compete in the Ironman World Championships.  And let’s face it – starting and sticking with a fitness and/or weight loss regime can be intimidating and tough.  The secrets to keeping on the right path are clear goals, variety, fun, faith, connectedness and celebrated results.  Craig will maximize your output for whatever you are willing to give while fostering a supportive, encouraging, fun-filled session that keeps you coming back for more.
